Who We Are
Michaela Greene, MS, CCC-SLP, is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Greene Path Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in outpatient pediatric services, she has worn many hats as a clinician, leader, and problem-solver, which gives her a unique perspective on both patient care and practice management.
Michaela’s passion is helping pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy practice owners navigate the challenges of starting, growing, or transforming their businesses while staying grounded in what matters most: their mission, values, and love for clinical care. She believes that thriving practices are not just about systems and numbers, but about creating a sustainable environment where clinicians can do their best work and families receive the highest-quality care.
